William C. Marsh is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and the Bank. Mr. Marsh was formerly Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Corporation and the Bank. Prior to this, Mr. Marsh served in similar finance executive positions with publicly traded community banks in western Pennsylvania and Maryland, and served as a manager in the financial service audit practice of KPMG, LLP in Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Marsh is a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania and a certified public accountant licensed in Pennsylvania.

David Cox is the former Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and the Bank. Mr. Cox currently serves as Vice Chairman of the Board and is Senior Vice President responsible for community and business development with the Bank

George Freeman is the owner of Freeman's Tree Farm.

Robert Hunter is Vice President of Hunter Truck Sales and Service, Inc., Vice President of Hunter Truck Center, Inc, a Partner of Hunter Keystone Peterbilt, LLP, President of Hunter Erie Truck Sales LP, and Director of Idealease of North America, Inc.

Brian McCarrier is the President of Interstate Pipe and Supply Company.

Ronald Ashbaugh is a former Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Bank and the Corporation.

James Crooks is the owner of Crooks Clothing Company in Clarion, Pennsylvania.

Mark Freemer is a Certified Public Accountant and a Partner in Clyde Ferraro & Company in DuBois, Pennsylvania.

John B. Mason is the President of H.B. Beels & Son, Inc., an independent insurance agency headquartered in Knox, Pennsylvania.
