Management

William C. Marsh is Chairman of the Board, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Corporation and the Bank. Mr. Marsh was formerly Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of the Corporation and the Bank. Prior to this, Mr. Marsh served in similar finance executive positions with publicly traded community banks in western Pennsylvania and Maryland, and served as a manager in the financial service audit practice of KPMG, LLP in Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Marsh is a graduate of Clarion University of Pennsylvania and a certified public accountant licensed in Pennsylvania.

Matthew J. Lucco is the Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of the Corporation and Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Bank. Mr. Lucco was formerly the Chief Financial Officer of Salvage Direct, Inc. in Titusville, PA and previously served as Vice President for F.N.B. Capital Corporation, the Capital Markets division of F.N.B. Corporation. Prior to this, Mr. Lucco served as a financial analyst for F.N.B. Corporation and served in the Commercial Banking division of First National Bank of Slippery Rock. He earned his MBA from the University of Pittsburgh, Katz Graduate School of Business and his B.S. in Finance from Grove City College.

Amanda L. Engles is the Secretary, Controller, and Principal Accounting Officer of the Corporation and Vice President/Director of Finance at the Bank.

Raymond Lawton is the Assistant Secretary of the Corporation and Senior Vice President/Chief Lending Officer of the Bank.
